Hello there my lovelies, I am back to share my newest project with you all for Snip Art. I thought I would mix it up a little this week and create my first ever Snip Art layout using the new Jolly Roger collection.
For this layout I used 7 Dots Studio Destination Unknown collection. I painted the chipboard with black gesso and then used Art Alchemy Waxes in Bronze Age, White Gold, Brass Age and Old Silver.
On the background I used Tropical Adventure Anchor stencil with Distress Oxide Ink – Walnut Stain and used small cuts from Background – Ornament….I keep these pieces raw.

Hello my lovelies, I hope you are all staying safe in this crazy time.
Today I am sharing with you all my newest creation for Snip Art
. I have been wanting to create a project like this for a very long time and I am so happy with how it all turned out. The papers and molds are Stamperia’s Seaworld collection
that my very dear friend Antonis Tzanidakis designed and of course the chipboard is Snip Art’s.
I used Deco Art’s fluid acrylic paints , Prima’s Impasto acrylic paints to create an aged look to the chipboard pieces. For the diver mould I used Finnabair’s Patina Texture Effect Paste.
For the Coral chipboard pieces, I wanted them to look more like seaweed so I used Archival Ink in greens and browns.

Hello there my lovely crafty friends, today I am sharing my latest project for Snip Art
with you all. When I received my DT box 2 months ago I was super excited when I saw the MDF anchor and have been busting at the seams to create something with it……so here is my project.
For the base I used a Art Anthology Stone texture paste and Paper Artsy Fresco chalk acrylic paint to create a rusty effect. I added some fish netting and art stones as well.
I used the same paints to cover the seashell frame, rudder, title and compass with feather. The octopus I used archival ink in mermaid lagoon and vintage photo.
I inked around the edges of the anchor using Ground Espresso Archival ink and dry brushed the netting with white gesso.

Hello there my lovely followers, today I get to share with you all my first Design Team project for SnipArt.
As a lot of you already know, I am a huge lover of anything beachy so when I received my Design Team box and saw the amazing Tropical Adventure collection, I knew I just had to create with it.
I used some netting in my embroidery hoop and used texture paste, white gesso and Patina Effect Paste. I also covered the 2 seashells with the patina effect paste.
I used an assortment of Lindy’s Stamp Gang magicals on my chipboard pieces and I also used Finnabair’s Metallique Acrylic Paint on the starfish.
Thanks for dropping by and I can’t wait to share my next project with you all soon
